Flexibility of the system with the possibility of customization without involving development.

System reliability and availability are excellent.

The availability of additional Apps and Connectors giving the ability to integrate with third-party services or to add utilities.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

As an SME customer, the costs build up prohibitively if you were to bolt on everything that you would really like to have.

User Licensing is somewhat inflexible.

Low and no code development available now, but because our system processes were mapped and integrated at the lower code levels by a partner some years ago, it seems we are not able to take full advantage of this for making our own process changes, without perhaps starting from scratch again. Creatio allows you to customize from top to bottom using low-code tools. Changes can be made with little to no programming knowledge saving both time and money.
