**What do you like best about Creatio?**

Having implemented Sales Creatio as our go-to CRM solution, the level of integration and functionality it provides, especially with the BAS connectors, has truly transformed our sales process. The intuitiveness of the platform paired with these connectors allows for a seamless transition of data and processes, catering specifically to our business-as-usual needs and the unique demands of the automotive sector.

The Smarttender Connector, in particular, has been a game-changer for us. It integrates flawlessly with Sales Creatio, ensuring we stay ahead in tender management and tracking. This connector has saved us countless hours by automating what used to be manual entries and by providing real-time updates on tender statuses.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

The Creatio Marketplace has some great apps available for use, but overall, the selection is limiting.  We were lucky to find exactly what we were looking for.

Overall, Sales Creatio and its connectors offer a robust, end-to-end CRM ecosystem that works in harmony to deliver results. This software has significantly elevated the productivity levels among our entire team. It has efficiently streamlined the merging of our various projects, regardless of the physical distance separating our remote team members. In addition, it has offered us a more explicit and determined perspective on our strategic path forward. Summarily, it has demonstrated itself to be a pivotal factor in transforming our workflows.

More pre-built modules would significantly enhance user adoption, and we are looking forward to the upcoming updates that promise a broader range of composable modules.

Creatio provides a comprehensive system to manage customer relationships, capturing all customer interactions. This makes it easier for us to track and study customer behaviour, even though some of the team is remote, enabling us to provide personalized service and strengthen customer relationships.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

I have worked on many projects and with various tools throughout my extensive career, and I would like to say that Creatio's CRM bundle has impressed me the most. The intuitive design of the dashboard and overall layout is very user-friendly. Because of this, my ramp-up time has reduced and a user get started with the day that much sooner. And with so many projects on the go at times, having the ability to easily tweak functionalities to cater  project-specific requirements is also great and should not be underestimated.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

The pricing for smaller projects/teams might be a point of contention. However, given the ROI, the efficiencies the bundle offers is unbeatable.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly project management capabilities, task automation and data transparency across all teams working on projects.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

The great customer support is the highlight of Creatio for me. The fast response times, coupled with a knowledgeable support team, ensures that any questions or issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Creatio is a critical part of our day to day business operations. It is used heavily by our team and it is vital that it is always availble and working as intended. The reliability of Creatio is so pivital and they excel at this.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

The upgrades that Creatio make have a mixed benefit. While it means there are lots of new features and functionality, things we put in place a long time ago are possibly no longer the best implementation. This results in either using an outdated implentation or spending the time to update what we have in place. Just about everything flows well between versions in terms of interoperability though.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of support tickets. Integration with thrid party APIs to help streamline our processes. It acts as our customer database and is a key part of our record keeping system. Our support and service teams deal with a large flow of emails and everything moves through Creatio. It would be impossible to control everything without it.

Creatio provides all the tools we need in a CRM system. Implementation is a breeze with their no code platform which is easy to use and allows for quick updates.
The level of customer service is truly one every company should strive towards. The team is knowledgeable and willing to listen to suggestions on how to improve.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

Waiting for package deliveries can take a little getting used to however the team does a great job of differentiating between items that requires immediate action and what can wait for the weekend package.

Creatio is allowing our service teams a centralized "one stop shop" that allows for more timely and consistent forms of service. Creatio is also a great management tool that offers beneficial reporting that enables us to provide the best services to our employees as well as our customers.

Creatio gives us the freedom to truly drive our business and guide our users in the same direction without our users feeling a "big brother" presence.  The Creatio team is constantly driving themselves as well to produce a product that is stimulating to the end user as well.

Having to deploy some updates in a package is a bit tedious at times, but that comes with the size of our business and we realize it is a necessary evil.

Creatio is enabling our business to give more time back to our sales pros by giving them more detailed engagement in areas such as lead engagement, automated opportunities, and even specific segments of their customers that need attention based on data we determine in our BI tool which integrates with Creatio.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

We started our journey with Creatio 5 years ago. At the start, we used Creatio as a customer base and we gradually added and automated workflows, testing them, making adjustments on the way to design the processes that would meet the needs of the prospects and customers and also the employees. Now, having to no longer paperpush is great! The easiness and intuitiveness with which we could do all that was what I enjoyed the most.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

Of course, there was a learning curve, but one exists for any product or software. That being said, we were able to get over that hump pretty quickly with the materials available to us in the knowledge base.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the vast amount of data and multiple, disparate systems, it was difficult to keep track of prospect funnel progress, invoices, payments, for example.  We needed automation and coordination of systems and Creatio delivered.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

I've been involved in many CRM evaluations and implementations over the years and Creatio is the first I've encountered that offered a reasonable time-to-value proposition (quick implementation)  and the ability to iterate rapidly as business needs shift or new use cases are discovered.  The platform can be easily customized to the needs of most any industry, and adapting it to your own business can be done in weeks.  Where heavy customization in most major CRMs brings a huge technical debt for ongoing support, Creatio's low code approach makes it easy to tailor the system to a customer's needs without this massive overhead.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

Cloud customers do not (currently) have access to any sort of infrastructure or performance monitoring.  While this is not abnormal for hosted applications, it would be helpful to have direct visibility when users report slowness.  This is somewhat mitigated by a very responsive customer service team!

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creatio has made our sales team more efficient by alleviating their need to self-report their outreach attempts and has given leadership more direct visibility to drive best practices and accountability.

It could further enhance its no-code offerings and provide more debugging tools. These improvements would make Studio Creatio even more comprehensive.

Creatio offers an exceptionally user-friendly interface, making it accessible to users with various levels of technical expertise.
And it's seamless integration with a range of development standard languages such as JS and C#, significantly simplifies the integration of external tools. We have a lot of lead sources so had to build multiple integrations. It was pretty easy for me as an experienced engineer.

Creatio is a great platform to handle Marketing, Sales, and Service. What I like the most about it is how easy it is to personalize dashboards and processes ourselves within seconds or minutes without depending on IT to help us move forward. We have also integreated it with other apps to make it easier for clients to reach us and it's been great.

As an SME customer, the costs build up prohibitively if you were to bolt on everything that you would really like to have.
User Licensing is somewhat inflexible.
Low and no code development available now, but because our system processes were mapped and integrated at the lower code levels by a partner some years ago, it seems we are not able to take full advantage of this for making our own process changes, without perhaps starting from scratch again. We are therefore largely reliant on partner to implement changes.

Mapping our end to end business process with an Activity lead system for our users to follow. Providing current status for all jobs in progress and statistical analysis over all past, present and future business.

Creatio allows you to customize from top to bottom using low-code tools.  Changes can be made with little to no programming knowledge saving both time and money.  Creatio also has some great partners for more complex implementations and their support/customer success teams are top-notch.

Many online reference materials are either outdated or difficult to understand for those with limited programming experience.  It would be helpful to revisit these documents and include sample videos.

Creatio supports our Sales Team through their sales cycle.  Many of the processes which were previously manual operations have now been automated, giving back time to focus on driving additional sales.

When creatio makes updates to its system, it often interupts our usage and requires additional work from our IT department to fix.  Time they don't necessarily have.

We have six phone representatives and over 1000 dealers that can call at anytime. It's likely that when they call, they won't be speak to the same person they last spoke with.  Creatio is a great help in being able to review previous call history and being brought up to speed on previous issues/conversations

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. Creatio proved to be a powerful system that not only serves as CRM software, but also enables us to structure, control and evaluate processes.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. A translation of the user interface into German is available, but incomplete, so that additional work had to be done here.

**Recommendations to others considering Creatio:**

Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project.

We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.

I liked that color coding the stages was possible but only with the help of an outside consultant. This was not something I could spend time learning how to do.

entering in contact information was not simple or quick.  There was a lag in time for the system to process it and the forms and fields were not straightforward.

It could act as a database for information but the amount of manual input required felt like I could have just used excel to capture the information. It could sort information and leads ok.

Creatio's low-code/no-code capabilities make it possible to gain autonomy and efficiency, projects that used to take months are now completed in weeks or even days. 

The marketing tools are impressive, as well as the way Creatio offers a global approach, from initial lead generation to customer support and the entire sales process.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

As a low-code platform, Creatio offers great freedom to users. Low-code means great opportunities and acceleration for creating new features and applications, but it doesn't mean that you can create anything in a snap, and this can be a bit frustrating.

Creatio has become a core component of our business. In my particular case, I manage almost all of our direct marketing activities via the Creatio platform. The ease of use as well as the overall capabilities are really appreciated.

Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info.  Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.

The best part of Creatio is that you don't need to be a skilled developer to make a change in the workflow while it's in the live stage. The value brings to the business users with its low-code automation capabilities is high.

Creatio is a growing platform, So it has few areas for improvements such as the business processes needs to have a real-time impact on the screen. In the current versions, the user has to refresh the screen to see the changes after the business process ran. Also, the authentication mechanism for integrations doesn't support client credentials or any modern grant types.

**Recommendations to others considering Creatio:**

In the CRM market there are so many options, but along with the CRM features Creatio brings more value with low-code/no-code capability which makes it one of the best to go with. So, I recommend this over the other options.
