What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Creatio for us is a simple system which has allowed us to connect with customers in a faster way making specific sales without any inconvenience the system for us and managing to connect to the marketing service either through networks or emails in this way it is captured potential customers and makes the sale through its system, it is very complete and simple tools. What do you dislike?

In my opinion I do not have a negative point regarding the functionality of the service since it has allowed us to improve our stability in the search for new clients, the tools and each of the characteristics are fundamental and work together, however the system continues to be updated and improved at future adding new features in order to improve the system better and better. What do you like best?

Creatio is a tool of which I have a fairly high expectation, since it has allowed me to achieve all my sales goals in my organization, I love the tool for being very intuitive to work with which is a great advantage to work at all times with the highest agility, the software is perfect for providing a completely personalized experience when interacting with customers, which is something that pleases the users of the software and the customers with whom it deals. Its reporting function despite its very fast operation provides very limited and basic information about customers and this is something that personally makes me unhappy about this platform. What do you like best?

In order to use the platform to support our sales process, our organization has required quite a bit of customization. Creatio has proven to be the partner for us by accommodating and customizing our sales process where needed. It has been a very pleasant experience to work with our Customer Service Manager, very impressed with the high level of support and understanding of our business in a short time.

The platform is user friendly with a great user interface, easy to navigate and the training provided is extensive. Creatio offers a wide selection of Apps in their marketplace to integrate with the platform, therefore creating great opportunity for expanding the functionality.

What do you like best?

Creatio has an unlimited number of system modifications. The software’s agility and capabilities that allow us to scale effectively are definitely among the top benefits for us.
