It's really helpful to have the right design partner to understand and implement the workflow, or as I call it, 'wow flow,' so we can impress clients and make sure nothing is overlooked. **What do you dislike about Creatio Financial Services?** I think the speed in terms of the data loading is an issue. Understand there's a big massive data since we migrated from a competitor, and it's better when you can click to each record and do multiple updates at the same time.
