What do you like best about Creatify AI?
I first heard about Creatify AI from AI content creators, so I decided to give it a try. I connected to it using the Codex AI MCP connector, and I genuinely liked how it worked—it produced some good, crisp videos. From a performance standpoint, it generally ran well.
That said, I did run into a few glitches where the connection would fail, and it happened on several occasions. I then switched to the agent model on the web app. The results were still good, but there were a few errors that I had to prompt it to correct afterwards, which it did. However, it also returned three results when I requested one, which ended up hurting my credit.
I reached out to customer service and got an almost immediate response when I reported the glitch and asked for a refund on the credits. The reply was welcoming, and they refunded me (with a little extra), and the agent also shared some useful tips on prompting.
So far, I love the service and the outcomes. I’ll be exploring other functionality, but I do think Creatify can help change the game for marketers. Pricing feels fair overall, but credits burn pretty fast, maybe because of how I’m using prompts, so I think it should come with more credits. It would also be nice to have some kind of incentive for first-time customers to test out the product better. I connect it to Codex using the MCP connection. And I generate my video ideas using prompts. Will be testing with the already made templates for both image, video and ugc ads. I connect it to Codex using the MCP connection.
