There is absolutely NO upfront price confirmation before you hit the generate button. I was shocked to find that a single, rigid 15-second AI video cost me a whopping 89 credits! To make matters worse, the final video quality was terrible—the digital avatar was extremely stiff, unnatural, and completely unusable for commercial advertising.When I contacted their customer support just a few hours after purchasing an annual subscription ($588), they flatly refused to offer a refund, despite the clear lack of pricing transparency and substandard service quality.
