I think the elements (or objects) have these great fonts, nice-looking lines and circles that you don't see in other drawing tools. It just looks appealing as a diagram. They aren't just diagrams that display their purpose, they look good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creately?

Some features are overlayed on top of others when you select a template, and that might make one feel frustrated to reorganize them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creately?

Free version is more than enough to get things started. Navigation on the tools and shapes are relatively easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creately?

Elements not being snappy. I am used to using lucid app as my go to diagram tool at work. Comparing how the shapes snap to required sections specially arrows sadly creatly lacks this and is very frustrating to work. If this is is sorted creately is an A+++ diagram tool.

May be spend more time on the UX a bit I feel the product is up there as a competitor to lucid apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
