And when I needed any guidiance, I could simply tap and reach out to their easygoing customer support team who would move heaven and earth to assist me in completing my goal. I've used creately frequently, almost everyday for work. it's number of features it's simply countless. This tool is simply mesmerzing! **What do you dislike about Creately?** There's really nothing to dislike about creately, maybe disklike how easy it is to implement their features inside. Furthermore, maybe dislike how easy it is to intergrate all my stuff into my work. A lot more user friendly that Lucidchart and far more cost effective for startups. If it wasn't for the nagging issues affecting the platform, it would be a simple choice to replace Lucidchart organisation wide. **What do you dislike about Creately?** There is a number of issues that impact smooth use of the product: 1. Lag and slow responsiveness of the platform - not an issue but is a little frustrating at times. 2. Text boxes require a big overhaul! While it is possible to work around the formating issues, it's probably the worst performing product on the market in this area 3. No native app and the Lucidchart import tool can cause the platform to become unresponsive for complex charts 4. I found Creately very easy to use, intuitive tool. The collection of readymade templates are quite helpful. I am able to improve the speed of my work by about 50 percent. With Creately, I have achieved consistency of my diagrams as well. The aesthetic quality also has gone up. **What do you dislike about Creately?** Nothing as such. However, it would help if users could place custom icons around some boxes - such as a red flag or a green tick. **What problems is Creately solving and how is that benefiting you?** My problem was starting up a diagram right from an empty canvas. I used to spend a lot of time putting up the first few boxes. Readymade templates available with Creately have helped me to start with a 'nearly-there' kind of template. This has helped me do more work in less time. I reckon that my productivity has doubled with Creately. ### 46.
