The trial they offer is designed to prey on customers who don't cancel the subscriptions. Firstly they show you in big bold letters the monthly payment you will be paying after your trial ends and in small letters down below they say this is billed annually.

It's difficult to view pages like search results, where the information may be dynamic on the page (makes it difficult to determine what features on a search result page our users interact with).

Filters on snapshots are limited to date and device.

Crazy Egg throughly offers all the necessary tools to experiment around and then analyse the data. On top of that, they have the best support that are always responsive & helpful to say the least.
