I need the same things I've always needed from web analytics and Crazy Egg covers all the crucial bases. Ease of use is great. I'm not a web dev and had zero issues installing it. Everything is easier to do that in GA4, and I'm probably going to roll this out to my other sites. Specifically, I'm leaving this review because I ran into an issue with goal tracking. Crazy Egg couldn't connect to my site because I'm using a basic website builder and can't update the CSP on my own. I reached out to support, and within 10 days they had implemented a fix for my problem. As a freemium customer? I was blown away. **What do you dislike about Crazy Egg?** At this point, nothing. I wish there was more of a visual funnel, but what they have is solid. **What problems is Crazy Egg solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to do basic conversion tracking on my websites, and want to have a clear idea of the best traffic is coming from. This used to be straightforward in UA and older versions of GA, but I really hate GA4. With CE, I can log on, see exactly what's happening on my site, where traffic is coming from, bounce rate, all of the normal stuff. The surveys have been easy to set up, and I think I will be making more use of them on client sites in the future. ### 2. You can also set how long you want it tracked for and when you want it stopped. **What do you dislike about Crazy Egg?** There isn't much I don't like. The customer support is super helpful too. My company just launched a new page to our site and we where seeing some weird click patterns. I reached out to support and J.L Neilson too the time to record a video describing what bot traffic interactions look like, and provided a general insight as to what bot traffic is because I asked them to "what is bot traffic". I was able to share the video with my coworkers and stakeholders and now we're investigating which social media source is the cause of the bot traffic. Thanks again J.L Neilson. **What do you dislike about Crazy Egg?** I wish it integrated with google analytics. Their service is 2nd to none, I use heaps of marketing tech platforms and Crazy Egg reply within minutes or hours at worst, with very tangible, practical support, fix bugs, etc like nothing else. I've used Crazy Egg on and off for about 15 years, their product's only improved and they haven't jacked up the price like all others. **What do you dislike about Crazy Egg?** It's silly, but the branding & name doesn't really represent the quality/integrity of this product. Others have trend/fancy marketing, which my clients love and opt for, but really this product is better.
