CrateHQ (Crate) is a wholesale ordering platform for coffee roasters, bakeries and independent food and beverage brands. It replaces order-taking by text, email and spreadsheets with a branded wholesale portal where each customer logs in, sees their own prices and places orders in minutes. Crate works on its own or connects to Square, Shopify, Clover and QuickBooks Online, so products, inventory, orders and invoices stay in sync with the systems a brand already runs. Merchants set per-customer pricing tiers, approve and fulfill orders, send invoices and collect payment by card or ACH, and manage standing orders for recurring deliveries. Beyond wholesale, Crate offers branded mobile ordering apps for cafes with loyalty and pickup scheduling, AI ordering that lets customers reorder in plain language, and bookings. Setup takes about 15 minutes and plans start at $50 per month.
