I find it to be an amazing solution with lightning-speed backups compared to earlier versions. The ability to do fast backups and restores is invaluable, as it minimizes downtime when a user mailbox or OneDrive is lost or crashes, and helps us get them up and running quickly. Additionally, the setup went live in less than a week, which was really efficient. **What do you dislike about CrashPlan Platform?** The release notes part when there are new releases, the communication to customers can be improved. Also, there is no proper documentation. **What problems is CrashPlan Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CrashPlan Platform for fast, lightning-speed backups and restores of M365 services like email, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
