It's very easy to restore backups if you're switching computers. You can set rules for auto backup and timings during which the backup runs. It only supports one machine at a time. You cannot have it running on two computers with the same account once. So in my company, we were supposed to delete the account from old computer before we could login on the new computer and restore the backup. It would be good if multiple accounts were possible. I was using Crash Plan as a home user and liked it a lot, was very disappointed when they decided to drop the home business. This doubled their prices for the same number of devices. At least they had a promotion to stay on as a small business customer for 75% off for 1 year, which I am doing. If they don't change their prices by then I will switch to a different service, because I really don't need the additional features offered to small businesses. Admittedly, this meant that it wasn't in our "radar" as far as servers to keep a close eye on.
