I love this platform for its ability to effectively do sharing task efficiently. Videos can also be shared on this platform by uploading or recording. I love the remote control feature on this platform as this feature allows better collaboration with other users. Though this feature allow other user to take control of the screen, I love the part where the user can easily take back the control when the user wants to. Management of users ca be easily manage on this platform with the organized dashboard. The list of user can be transported to CSV and excel files. I love the capability of this platform to integrate with numerous CRM providers like Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc. The scheduling and screen sharing of this platform is really good on this platform. The API integration capability of this platform is also worth mentioning. The availability of instant demos allows user to learn the platform better. Other than this the reports of this platform also allows user to have the information about the usage and leaderboards. The platform have a user friendly interface. The one-click link feature allows clients to access the presentation very easily, whether they have an Android or an app. I like having the option to show myself on screen if needed or to turn myself off for privacy when starting or reviewing presentations. I sell health insurance and Crankwheel makes my phone meetings SO much easier because I can share the prospects quote and benefits with them, sllowing them to see what I'm telling them. I think that helps them digest what they are going to possibly be paying for much better than only hearing what I tell them and having to make a decision based on that alone. It's super easy to implement and I've never had any issues with prospects finding it to be too complicated to click on the text link I send, so that's a definite plus. I can also integrate my Hubspot platform with Crankwheel which makes it easier for me to track my customer data and statuses. Crackwheel is by far the easiest sharing platform out there!
