I like that I can just send a client a link for them to click. It's a simple way to get them to see the presentation.

And I like that I am able to see what section of my screen they are viewing, and that I am notified if they leave the presentation.

Tha ability to have them connect by entering my personal meeting link is also a plus for when they cant access email or something.

It's not necessarily a crankwheel issue but I sometimes forget to click on the auto-connect button & so the client will get the screen with the number, at which point I remember. It allows me to do a screenshare to show clients policies, very user friendly for myself and the client. it has a consent form which helps with cms compliance for writing marketplace plans, the consumer easily completes it and the form is then emailed to both myself and the client. customer support also responds quickly.
