CrankWheel has completely changed the way I meet with clients remotely. As an insurance agent, I use it daily to share my screen while presenting quotes and completing applications. It builds instant trust and keeps the process clear and professional — no downloads or tech issues for the client. Highly recommend for any agent working virtually. What do you like best about CrankWheel?

As someone who has deployed and relied on screen sharing platforms across various companies for years, I can confidently say that Crankwheel stands out as the premier solution. Its exceptional ease of deployment, management, and training makes it the ideal choice for individuals and organizations alike, regardless of their screen sharing needs.

One of Crankwheel's most compelling strengths lies in its universal user-friendliness. From the presenter to the participant, every party involved in a screen sharing session experiences a smooth and intuitive process. The days of wrestling with software installations or cumbersome app downloads are thankfully over. With Crankwheel, it's as simple as clicking a link, and instantly, your customer or colleague is engaged and ready to collaborate. This "no software, no fuss" approach is a game-changer, eliminating technical hurdles and allowing for immediate, impactful interactions.

Best Use Cases

Insurance agents & financial advisors – Great for walking clients through applications and policy details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

No Full Video Conferencing – While it excels at screen sharing, CrankWheel is not a full video conferencing solution (though it does offer audio call integration). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jói Sigurdsson of CrankWheel

Thank you Ronnell! I wanted to mention that we have been busy adding the most important full video conferencing features, and you can now set up a scheduled meeting with CrankWheel where participants use web-based audio (i.e. their computer microphone and speakers) and all participants can share their webcam to other participants, whereas before it was only the presenter who could share their webcam. We'll be improving on these features throughout this year!

"Absolute necessity for my business"
5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

This is such a user friendly platform. Easy to set up, easy to navigate and very fast. I can navigate and switch windows and screens with ease, and still do work in other windows without disruption. I feel like my clients and new business leads feel secure utilizing it with me. Some people have an aversion to "clicking links" and the option for them to utilize a browser gives them confidence. What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

I can't really think of anything I dislike. It's pretty perfect for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CrankWheel Makes Screen Sharing Fast and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

CrankWheel is one of the simplest screen-sharing tools I’ve used. No downloads, no hassle—just send a link, and the other person can see your screen instantly. It’s perfect for sales calls where you don’t want to waste time on setup.

Getting started was quick. I had it up and running in minutes, no IT help needed. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so there’s no learning curve. I also like how well it works across different devices, even for people who aren’t tech-savvy.

Customer support has been solid. They’re quick to respond and actually helpful, which isn’t always the case with software companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

While CrankWheel is great for sharing your screen, it doesn’t have extras like annotation tools, which would make demos more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
