"Effortless Screen Sharing with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

I love how CrankWheel lets me project my Excel spreadsheet screen directly into someone's browser during face-to-face meetings. This eliminates the installation barrier with a simple link, allowing viewers to see my high-definition screen immediately and seamlessly, even from a corporate laptop with tight security. I really liked the preview function where my client can see the cursor exactly where I'm explaining without annoying delays, which makes negotiating especially transparent and easy, preventing misunderstandings. Plus, the initial setup was super easy and only took a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

If I could change anything, it would be to integrate interactive financial annotation capabilities and real-time temporal version control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Easy, and Reliable for Signature Management"
5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

I use CrankWheel for clients to sign their policies by sharing the screen, and I find it very effective for verifying that the information provided by the client is truthful. It is fast and easy to use, something I value greatly, as it leaves a record of the process, especially in situations like signing a supplementary insurance policy. It helps me ensure that the client agrees and is satisfied with the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant Browser-Based Screen Sharing That Eliminates Screenshot Back-and-Forth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

I can simply forward a link, and my screen appears instantly inside their existing browser window. It completely replaces the annoying back-and-forth of sending static screenshots or trying to explain layout details over a basic voice call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

I also find the in-session controls a bit rigid when I’m trying to switch between multiple active monitors or application tabs. The transition can feel slightly clunky, and I occasionally notice a brief visual flicker during the change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Screen Sharing for Client Meetings—A Must-Have for Brokers"
5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

As a life insurance broker, efficiency and clarity on calls matter. CrankWheel allows me to instantly share my screen with clients without technical delays or confusion. That alone has improved my close rate because prospects can actually see what I’m explaining. It’s simple, fast, and does exactly what it needs to do without overcomplicating anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

There’s not much to dislike. If I had to name one thing, I’d say it occasionally takes a few seconds to load when switching between tabs or sharing a new screen, but it’s a small tradeoff for how smoothly everything else works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Screen Sharing, Needs Improvement in Client Usability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

I like the screen sharing feature in CrankWheel. It is very useful for the person to see the process of their registration if they are not FACE TO FACE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

I have a problem when I share the screen with the client for them to sign, as the keyboard does not appear for them to enter the information. It would be easier for the client if they could simply press where it says PIN and the keyboard would appear for them to enter their data. Additionally, I would like the process to be simpler for clients, especially for those who are elderly and may have difficulties without the help of someone with better knowledge on how to use it. What do you like best about CrankWheel?

I use CrankWheel for my insurance clients, and it helps me get them into a more trusting frame of mind. It's easy for the client to use, and me as well. CrankWheel allows screen sharing, letting clients see exactly what's going on, which helps move past any distrust and lets me close more deals and make more money, quite honestly. I think the setup is pretty simple and pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

Sometimes for me, it's a little bit confusing to start it, but after I did it a few times, I got past that. It was just more of a short learning curve for me. And, honestly, sometimes I'd forget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Screen Sharing, Perfect for Quick Client Calls"
5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

I use CrankWheel mainly for quick, no stress screen sharing with prospects and clients. I love that there's no need for downloads or complicated setups. I just send a link, and they instantly see my screen right in their browser. It solves the back-and-forth stress when explaining things to clients—no more screenshots or long explanations, just live demonstration with ease. What I like most is how simple and fast it is; it works just by sharing a link. I also appreciate how reliable it is with no glitches; it just works when I need it. The speed and reliability make it valuable because I don’t have to overthink anything—I just send the link and start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

Sometimes the experience can depend on the other person's internet, so if their connection is bad, it affects the flow a bit. I'd like a bit more flexibility with control or features during sessions, like being able to switch between screens or tabs more smoothly without it feeling clunky. I'd like the switching to feel more instant and seamless, with no flickers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Trust-Building Screen Sharing for Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about CrankWheel?

I find CrankWheel very easy to use and quick, which is important for my life insurance sales as I share my screen with clients. Everything loads within seconds once I send a link and have them see my screen, making the process very effective. This ease of use helps build trust between me and the client, which is crucial when dealing with personal sensitive information. It's also valuable because this is the only tool I use for screen sharing; it's especially useful for my older clients who can easily pull up a link through their text. Additionally, I was impressed by the ease of initial setup with no setup fee—just a quick process including an email verification that took a couple of minutes. CrankWheel is very easy to use and rarely has technical issues, which I value a lot given that it's a free tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

Sometimes it's a little confusing for the client to go back into the link once they exit it. So every now and then, I'll need them to go into other apps on their phone to finish their application. Once they try to go back and see my screen, it's a little hard to get back in because they have to provide me a code. So sometimes I just end up sending them a second link.
