Craino is online appointment booking software for field teams that travel to their customers: home services, technical interventions and maintenance, property diagnostics. Customers book online by themselves. Each team member covers their own area, ticked on a map from official boundaries (municipalities, provinces or postcodes), so each request reaches the person who covers the customer's address. Craino computes the real driving time between appointments, by road, and offers first the slots where the team member is already nearby, so days stay compact. Each type of job has its own duration and customisable booking form, with conditional routing based on the answers. Bookings can be confirmed automatically or kept as requests to accept, decline or move. Appointments sync both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook. Customers receive a confirmation email with an ICS file, a reminder 24 hours before, and a link to cancel. The dashboard shows the day's appointments and routes on a map. Pricing per team member, with no minimum: 19 EUR excl. VAT per month on the annual plan, or 29 EUR monthly with no commitment, and a 3-month free trial. Designed in Belgium by Orange Bleu, for teams in Belgium and France. Interface in French.
