CraftMe is business software for craftspeople and trade businesses – electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, painting, flooring, garden, cleaning, moving and more. Write quotes (also with AI from photos and a short note) and let customers accept and sign them online, turn them into jobs with team, materials and post-calculation, record daily reports, photos and working hours on site, and bill with progress and final invoices as e-invoices (ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, XRechnung) with payment reminders. Also included: online booking for consultations and site visits, customer records, a team board with roles, time tracking, calendar sync and a business profile with your projects as references. Homeowners use CraftMe for free to find local businesses through real projects and book a consultation, so businesses win new customers without lead fees or commission. Profile, online booking and customer management are free. Pro adds quotes, jobs, invoices and AI; the Group plan adds several employees. Available on Android and in the browser in 31 languages, iOS coming soon.
