Extremely flexible CMS that doesn't feel like you are hacking it to accommodate requirements. Wish there was a cloud hosting offered, so we could just hand off clients vs setting up and maintaining the host for each client. Recommendations to others considering Craft CMS: Support the developers of the craft community with their plugins. The craft community is very helpful and very active and passionate. Recently built a multilingual site for 10 countries with various admins coming in to manager their country. Craft works really well for just translating a site in many languages that share the same requirements. Craft was set up for us by a dev team and has quite a few pre-built things we can pull from. As a marketer, there is a lot I would not be able to create on my one. That being said, with what is already created, the drag and drop blocks are awesome, the UI is very clean and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Craft CMS? I’d prefer to be able to create pages from scratch but cloning is much more straight forward. I also wish there was something really easy to use for forms within Craft. We use HubSpot and I think we pay too much money for HubSpot to simply use it to embed forms into our Craft instance. I’ve used Craft for the past 2.5 years and we have a great developer partner who’s helped us grow our Craft CMS capabilities from scratch. What do you dislike about Craft CMS? Although we’ve taken Craft VERY far, I don’t think we can take it further in the sense of global e-commerce use. I say this because our global organization needs flexibility to manage content as similarly or differently as each part of the globe requires. We’ve plugged in Speout forms and reports, Oracle Eloqua, Maikchimp. and Oracle Service Cloud (preciously Right Now). If your developer doesn't code the functionality, it doesn't exist out of the box. So, make sure whoever you partner with gives you things like a fully functioning WYSIWYG if you want to be able to bring site updates and maintenance in house but don't have a developer. There are no rules when it comes to how you set up your content, or your templates. Template layouts are completely separated from the data and the CMS makes no assumptions.
