Recommendations to others considering Cradle Accounting:

It's a great product at a great price compared to other lease software I've researched, especially for a financial institution with a limited amount of leases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cradle Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I did not want to try and do the lease discounted cash flows through excel so I researched software that could do it for me. Cradle is great because it allows me to export the journal entries directly into my accounting software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cradle Accounting?

Cradle is very user-friendly. I am happy to say it does a great job when it comes to organizing the 60+ leases that we keep in our excel file.

You have the option to customize your leases based on the company's preference. For example, you can choose what to add/remove from your dashboard!

There are also many reports available for download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cradle Accounting?

Everything has been great with Cradle so far!

Something that would really help is if Cradle added a CAM field for all agreements. It helps keep the base rent separate from CAM charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
