The fact that it is all automated. Once the agreements have been added running reports is the easiest thing to do. We used this software in the adoption of ASC 842 and for our journal entries each month to stay in compliance with the standard. It has everything we need. I love how supportive the team was in getting us up and loaded when we were adopting ASC842. In particular, Samson, has gone out of his way several times to help, even staying on zoom with me for an hour before an audit deadline to figure something out. Cradle called me a day after getting an error to follow-up. The service is outstanding. I love the ease of this software and was able to convert 2 leases under ASC 842. Additionally, Samson Wai was doubly helpful to not only address the error (which was my error), he walked me through the lease and methodology.
