**What do you like best about CPMS?**

Don't work for CPMS, but in general their guidelines are easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about CPMS?**

Their own people do not understand their own guidelines and can provide conflicting guidance.

**Recommendations to others considering CPMS:**

I don't believe most places have a choice on whether they use CPMS or not. But if you do, hire an experienced vendor to assist... you'll need it.

**What problems is CPMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is required, but it does help to improve performance by showing the outcomes and you don't have to rely on 'feelings' to guide decisions.
