## cPanel Reviews
  ### 1. Web Management made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asmer K. | Chief Executive Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Cpanel is very easy to you, even if you are not a web developer you can still use Cpanel to manage and edit your website easily be it by adding emails, managing space or adding the SSL certificate. Also, its broad dashboard is filled with features that adds to the user interface experience

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Cpanel will usually automatically add updates that are huge, working with limited space on my website it has crashed several times because the new update consumed all the space. Also Cpanel logs out to soon, so you have to continuously loggin which is very annoying

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

if you are new with little experience in making and hosting a website, then Cpanel is a great place to start

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our website is designed and built on WordPress so Cpanel provides probably the best integration on the market. Also managing emails, security certificates, website domain and hosting is much simpler. Also it doesn't require a depth of knowledge and experience to operate it

  ### 2. Best tool for website management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malang P. | WordPress Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

We get a lot of category options in the dashboard such as email, files, billing and support, etc. We can directly install WordPress on our site as well as we get an option in the dashboard for Softaculous. Here we get a lot of options for scripts that we can directly use from its dashboard-like WordPress, Joomla, Moodle, etc.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Timing for the user session should be long or there should be something so that the user will be logged in always or for a whole session at least.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using cPanel to manage our website and web services. Like we are directly using emails, WordPress and many things from its dashboard only. We are creating different user with different roles and providing them their separate FTP account for managing the site.

  ### 3. Excellent for website management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina S. | Author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The simple and intuitive interface is what I like the most. You have a search bar at the top where you can just type in the app or function you're looking for and, voilà, you have it! With cPanel I can easily make backups for my website, manage multiple business email addresses at no additional cost, install WordPress or any other website builder, manage multiple website domains. It was super cool when I had to install an SSL certificate for a domain, and I just had to open cPanel and type in SSL in the search bar and it immediately showed me where to go from there.
I also like that on the side panel I can see a summary of my domains, email lists, email addresses, etc. I am a bit of a tech person, but I still crave a simple and user-friendly interface, which is exactly what cPanel is!

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

So far, for everything I've used cPanel, I have no complaints at all. It's a very well-done platform. Probably for a very non-technical person, it would look a bit frightening at first.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

It's super easy to learn. You don't need to be a web developer to understand how it works.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I easily find what I need to manage my website, so things like: installing website builders, managing multiple business addresses, email lists, installing SSL certificates, creating subdomains or redirects.

  ### 4. Great Automation, So Much More Potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane H. | Web Developer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

As a whole, cPanel does a great job with automation as it's currently intended to. It makes managing our servers, basic tools and security pretty easy in an all-in-one box. In-house support is free and they are very knowledgeable about their software.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Currently, for what it costs, I expected a bit more from their development process. It's becoming clearer that the application is becoming more profit-based as updates are pushed.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a web and email server has never been easier! Almost no coding is required and a full, smart GUI. It increases our processing speed by 500%.

  ### 5. All in one package for managing servers for a lamen

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sangeet S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Cpanel is very simplified and easy to use and manage servers. You can easily create emails,FTP, database, add SSL certificate without being a server administrator.
It saves time for entering commands like to do in PUTY.
Easy to set up and install.
Cpanel is open source

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Cpanel Sessions token expires very soon thus need to log in again and again.
It could have a better code editor with a better and more soothing interface.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage all my hostings and server easily without having a server admin for it thus saving time and cost of a server admin in my company.
I am not a technical person but yet i am easily able to manage stuff like creating and managing emails and SSL

  ### 6. Great online service for managing web hosting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

1.Modern and cleanly laid out interface.
2. Has many features for managing spam email settings, making changes to website, SSL certifcate addition etc.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

I have not found anything to dislike in the online tool but I would suggest adding email rules setting like in MS exchange.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our website, mails etc.

  ### 7. The mostly used server management web interface for shared hosting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chamal Ayesh W. | Data Scientist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The cPanel interface is very intuitive even non-technical users can easily manage it. The cPanel has a well-categorized menu system to access each feature of the system.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Sometimes cPanel is quite slow because of its web nature. Even though the slowness of the cPanel is the greatest tool in the industry to manage shared hosting for those who do not possess technical knowledge.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

I strongly recommend cPanel for those who need server management GUI instead of terminal-based server management tool.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel is the only software tool to manage shared hosting. All my shared hosting servers are managed through cPanel. cPanel provides easy server management rather than going with terminal-based server management.

  ### 8. The one and only Web Hosting Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban B. | SOFTWARE ENGINNEERING, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

This manager is the bread and butter for the administrator of a VPS! is solid structure gives, straight of the box, an array of default options that allows an extensive administration of the server, with terminal emulators and lifecycle controls. The user management is fair and comes paired with Cpanel for the end-user management allowing the partitioning and rental of the server resources efficiently. It can grow with the installation of plugins, and with this option in mind, you can prepare a customized experience for the client's necessities!. Webhosting and alike, this is a must-have!

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Sometimes are some plugin compatibilities that break the WHM installation or are too difficult to get rid of them. Some examples are the python integration plugins that are a no-go in any server (more if you´re on Centos).

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

If you need to share or rent a server, this is the software that you need.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The provisioning of web applications for customers in a shared environment is an easy one with WHM. It lets partition the just resources needed for, without oversize or underpowering an application.

  ### 9. Modern and easiest control panel for hosting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pankaj P. | Video Grapher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

We have many options in a single dashboard, such as File Manager, emails, visitors, bandwidths, and many more. The best part is that it has a user management system also. By using user management, we can assign different roles to different employees from various departments. Also, we can give them assign them different permissions.
Its file manager is also at its best because we are getting the best code editor there so that we can edit our code. There is no need to push and pull all the code.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

It always throws me out from the login session, which is very annoying to log in every time. Rest everything is good with it.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using cPanel for all my website management. I am also managing email accounts from the cPanel itself. It has a lot of features. I am also analysing websites traffic and the traffic of the websites from the cPanel itself.

  ### 10. cPanel Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dickens H. | Research Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The admin area and file management system is the best over other systems i have used

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

You cannot manage multiple Cpanel accounts in one subscription, it would require you to have WHM subscription also

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use cPanel to manage my webserver files and my websites

  ### 11. cPanel Stuck in the Past

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie M. | Business Owner/mentor, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

There was very little I liked about cPanel. If there was something I would say positive about them is that they platform is price conservative which suits business owners who are on a budget.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

cPanels usability, interface, scalability and functionality was extremely lacking and dated.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel helped my client get started with having an online presence due to price however it was difficult to use and had a dated interface.

  ### 12. Best web hosting paltform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suraj U. | Senior System Administrator - L2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Easy to use and manage
Can host multiple websites
Single panel for emails, databases and websites.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Frequent updates that changes some configurations.
It is costlier then other hosting platforms

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can host multiple websites and issues on one domain does not affect the others.

  ### 13. One of my favorite hosting control panels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gene D. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The management sections are divided into brief panels that group settings options related to one another. I often use the SSL section, so it's convenient for me to go right to the section and perform all the updates and configurations with that section. The graphic icons make it easy for new users to understand what some of the terminologies mean. Some of the settings can be confusing and overwhelming for those that don't have much experience working outside of page editing, so cPanel gives them a user-friendly portal into all the hosting features they can feel comfortable using.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

There aren't different themes or formats we can enable to help give cPanel a more custom feel. If we can hide some sections or settings, that might make it easier to use for those that don't need constant access to everything.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel allows us to make updates to our web hosting accounts without the need for customer support or other expert personnel. We can control everything from subdomains to email accounts and SSL certificate installations. cPanel has a layout that I'm familiar with and comfortable using, so whenever I need to access a new account, I can quickly update it since I already know where things are and how they work.

  ### 14. Domain and E-Mail service management at it's best.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jigyasu K. | Application Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

We have been using cPanel from a long time and it is most simple and best tool to manage email accounts for an Enterprise. Within a few clicks I can create or delete or reset password for an account. The email accounts are set to auto backup and once it saved me when I was able to restore a mistakenly deleted account. Overall, as a non-IT professional, I couldn't ask for more easeness. SSL certificates are also easily issued to various subdomains, Website backup, PHP update and all the tasks are done using very few clicks on the portal.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

There is not much to dislike, but I would've loved if more proper documentation was available there. Sometimes when cPanel is down, it becomes really difficult for us, although the uptime is awesome.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are managing all the company email IDs, website storage, backups, security certification and many more things. cPanel has made us more productive in terms on quick email and website management.

  ### 15. Excellent Tool For web hosting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Urvi S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

We can publish the websites in Cpanel & provide end-users with an easy-to-use interface. It's a de facto standard for a server interface from where you can manage the backend of your server. It helps you in many ways, such as administrating databases FTP users, managing your files, admin your domains and more.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

For servers, pricing is so high, which sometimes is not affordable for small companies.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Best platform for web hosting. It integrates well with common website technologies like WordPress & Joomla. Can easily update the PHP versions. Database management is so easy. We can add domains to specific directories and add subdomains too.

  ### 16. Best Control Panel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Easy to manage websites and emails for our organisation.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Some to it is very difficult to update latest version in old version like cent os 6

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to manage all emails and activities using WHM/Cpanel.

Cron Job setup is very easy to manage database backup.

  ### 17. cPanel is awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Ease of use, icons that describe different features. I like the WHM as well. Everything works well. I like how easy it is to set up email accounts in cPanel. You can set up new identities and forwarders to send different email addresses to other places.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

I don't like that a few years ago, they took out the ability to open a file in a new tab. Now to look at a page, I'm editing, I have to click "Move" then grab the partial path of the file, then click the domain name in the WHM and add the partial path to the end of the domain name. It's ridiculous and needs to be brought back.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like the editor. Although I don't like my 2 viewing choices, I can either edit in 1/2 screen or I can edit in a screen that is too wide for my screen (1024x768) and then it's a pain to keep sliding the horizontal scrollbar back and forth to see my work. The Legacy version was excellent, and you didn't need to "fix it" it wasn't broken.

  ### 18. The best hosting control panel for a reason!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nilayan G. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

cPanel is a rock-solid product. I have used it for over a decade, and I'm yet to find a worthy replacement.
It's easy to use (once you get the hang of it), very secure, feature-rich. It integrates nicely with WHMCS, the best billing solution for web hosting companies.
The domain management is straightforward. Auto-SSL works like a breeze. Auto installer scripts like Softaculous work very well when integrated with cPanel, so it's useful for beginners who are just starting with hosting websites.
It works great with hosting your scripts, databases, email, FTP, SSH, running crons, etc. The list never ends.
And the best part is, you don't need any server management skills to start and maintain a website using cPanel.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

I must confess I'm not a die-hard fan of cPanel. Please make no mistake; it's a rock-solid product. It's just that I dislike a couple of things about the product, and if there were an alternative that came close, I would have switched already.
I wish cPanel were cheaper than it is. After the recent acquisition, the company has started charging based on the number of users rather than per server. It pushes up the costs further for web hosting companies, which ultimately has to be borne by the customers.
The user interface is poor. It does not look like a modern platform. The dashboard has hundreds of icons for various features that can intimidate a beginner. The developers should find a way to make it a little intuitive.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website hosting
Email hosting
SSL management
FTP and SSH access

  ### 19. cPanel the Leader Webhosting Control Panel

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mureed a. | Web Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

cPanel is a complete solution to manage your web host with ultimate security and ease of use; you can handle all the needs from creating email accounts for every employee at your company to managing CMS like WordPress and its components.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Most of us know that cPanel is not free, and its price is increasing from time to time, and it is not supported on Windows operating system hosts, so you will need to look for another solution if your project needs windows.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating and providing Email services for my clients, Domain Zone Records management, and uploading files and editing them online using its sophisticated file manager. You can count on cPanel for taking backups periodically for my website, separate each web host account from the others.

  ### 20. Easiest way to manage my email accounts.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Indrajit S. | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

cpanel is very easy to use and the vendor easily identifies and corrects any issues found. The ease with which one can create or delete email IDs is really great. And I think it is way better than in competitors due to the same reason. It also offers customization options for the dashboard which is another plus point.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

The only issue that I face is when you try to open multiple email accounts to check the inbox it keeps opening the older one. Opening of multiple inboxes should be allowed.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel allows me to manage multiple email accounts for the company, so very little knowledge in this domain isn't a problem.

  ### 21. The most robust Control Panel system.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D'Arcy H. | Technical Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The ease of everyday tasks. Very cleaning laid out. Anything an administrator or reseller user would need to do can be found in the WHM interface.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Really wish there was a way to integrate Billing into the WHM instead of a separate Billing System. It would be more convenient.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

Ensure you have enough domains on your license to cover your needs.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Various, mysql database issues, user's password issues. The ease to resolve many of these issues through either cPanel or the WHM.

Linux server built-in work tools, install applications and work with Python and WordPress applications.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Organize memory and limit cloud access and data redundancy.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Control server by terminal within the cPanel tools, domain control and automatic free SSL.
Directly Managed Folders.

  ### 23. cPanel Review

**Reviewed by:** Manisha m. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The best part about cPanel is that it is very easy to use and set up. It provides all the features that we need for the deployment of our website. The file manager section is the best one using that we can easily access any file on our server.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

The thing I dislike about cPanel is that it does not have any mobile app. Due to which I am not able to access my website while I am traveling in case of some urgent issue.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using cPanel for our own and client websites deployment and management. With cPanel it is very easy to manage the deployment process and we don't need to remember any commands for this.

  ### 24. Using c-panel for small non-profit

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The thing I like most about Cpanel is its ease of use. All the options are available on a single screen and are just one click away. I don't need to remember any commands for performing any day-to-day task on the server.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

The feature I dislike is its FileManager. In FileManager more options should be provided for handling directories like comparing two directories feature is missing.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With cPanel we are managing our website server. It is very easy to manage all our code, files, and database with cPanel. Also we don't need any coding skills for doing all these tasks.

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

It is what makes hosting companies possible to sell Linux servers to ordinary users with the least efforts of support and with the least difficulty for users.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

A bit pricey. Expect friendlier documentation and descriptions.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Surbhi A. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The best thing about Cpanel is that it is very easy to install and manage. Through Cpanel, we can easily maintain our large websites, and also we don't require any hardcore developer who is aware of Linux commands. So it saves our cost as well.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

In Cpanel, I didn't find anything that I disliked but just a small suggestion that in CPanel, you should add more UI themes as per current standard.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Cpanel for our website Hosting management. It is very User friendly and easy to use.

  ### 33. Does what it's suppose to do

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The setup and installation of the components to get started. The editing process could be a little better post-installation, but can't complain.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Like I said earlier, post-installation editing and ease of making changes.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting websites and backend management. It is beneficial for sure.

  ### 34. Best for WEB MANAGERS

UI/UX can be better. I didn't like that functionality

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing websites file manager and everything related to it for example business emails and all

  ### 35. cPanel and WHM are worth their weight in gold

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg H. | Company President & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

the defacto standard in hosting panels is cPanel - it's the control panel most hosting customers are familiar with and you can't go wrong offering it as a panel to your web hosting clients.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

adding additional buttons and functionality isn't the easiest.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

Even if you get your cPanel license from a reseller or hosting provider, you can get support for cPanel directly from cPanel themselves. Support times are in the single digit hours, not immediate unless you pay for expedited support. Most support items do NOT require paid support.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving customers back control of their web site components is key. Using the standard panel that they know and love means you get less support tickets than the alternatives.

  ### 36. The ideal for hosting management.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie C. | Senior Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Integrations ; Cpanel integrates with multiple programming languages.

Simplicity ; Cpanel is intuitive to use , the navigations are easy to see and basic things such as email hosting, domain pointing are easy to do on Cpanel.

Online Community ; Cpanel is used by thousands of developers globally, and this has ensured that there are more than adequate user created resources, available to everyone whenever they encounter problems using cpanel.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Poor SSH access, and the lack of support for remote backup locations are obvious limitations of Cpanel.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cpanel do basic things like checking emails on web mails, pointing test domains and creating email domain ID.
Cpanel makes it easy for non-technical persons to achieve basic tasks such as email creation, and domain management without the need to be a programmer.

  ### 37. cPanel is easy to use but there should be some functionality!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Istiyak H. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Using cPanel as a Webhosting control panel is good for everyone. with Cpanel I can control FTP accounts, email accounts, subdomain and domains, MySQL database with PHPMyAdmin, also the file manager of Cpanel. Moreover installing SSL/TLS is very easy by Cpanel and with its built-in control management system. Another thing I like in Cpanel is a website builder and different platform easy project setups like Nodejs app and python app easy intregration. In a sentence, you will get what you needed in a Linux server platform to control your server system.
I hope one day there will be support for the ASP .Net core program in Cpanel. Cpanel is easy to use and easy to maintain for a new user and a semi-technical user who has little knowledge of hosting.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

The one thing I feel like it's a missing feature or maybe hidden and there is a problem with UI/UX with this panel. I tried to find a way to pause my domain or subdomain by Cpanel easily. but there are no such things I found there.
Secondly, I think the price of Cpanel is very high and getting higher day by day that's why limited budget projects are trying to avoid using Cpanel.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved easy SSL integration with Cpanel with was very difficult without Cpanel for me. Cpanel gives me a lot of benefits like-

1. Easy installation of SSL
2. Email account creation and management
3. Easy FTP account management
4. Easy way of subdomain creation
5. Database user management and controlling system with access controlling of DB operations

  ### 38. If you have no experience in the world of web hosting, cPanel is the one.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea P. | Web and Server, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

It is an easy to use interface for web maintenance and you can have full control over a hosting account. cPanel updates its software quite frequently and incorporates a wide variety of tools to do many things with your website, such as creating emails, databases, etc.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

It does not allow to handle the server in depth, the interface may be easy to use but it is not very professional.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

cPanel offers more complex tasks like creating additional domains, password protected directories, statistics and more, unlike other control panels that only offer basic functions.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can use cPanel to manage your web servers and it is easy to use.

  ### 39. Server control and application management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nuri E. | Web server, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

I like to manage server applications from domain by web browser, I don't need code to integrate domain, create email and SSL security.
Add third party applications for specific owner functions.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

I do not like the change of version and update without first restarting the server.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

Install on a private server and control security, stability, applications, database and much more from a web browser.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have specific applications installed server, control and database management, MySQL and MariaDB.
WordPress platform and certify SSL with personal server security key.

  ### 40. cPanel is Good, But Their Yearly Pricing Increase is Bad

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas N. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

cPanel was the first panel I used, and I loved it. The flexibility and customization and market of addons like Jetbackup, Softaculous, and NodeJS apps make it the best choice for anyone. The GUI is simple to use, easy to navigate, and responsive. It's a familiar panel for all of us (you can't go wrong with it!), and has come a long way since its creation.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Year after year, cPanel raises their pricing by 10-15% without much justification. The only explanation I can come up with is that their servers cost them a lot of money, and they have to make sure the servers are making money enough not to go bankrupt. However, I feel that's an unreasonable excuse for increasing the fee so much. I know they're a company that needs to earn money. That's why I don't mind them charging me for features I don't use.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel, as in its name, has helped us organize many things and made it easier to edit our files. No more messing around with web servers on a risky command line. We find it easy for anyone on our team to access our web files straight from their browser.

In case we need to fix a minor issue on our website, such as a typo or formatting errors, we can quickly access cPanel and edit the site using their built-in html editor. I’ve realized that this has saved us more time because we can fix mistakes faster so our customers and viewers will be less likely to catch mistakes. A mistake on the website can make us look less trustworthy and unprofessional, so cPanel cuts the time it takes to fix the mistake.

  ### 41. Many people can easily manage their website thanks to cPanel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celia M. | Frontend Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

cPanel is used by almost all hosting services in Latin America, so its user community will always be ready to help you with questions. Its administration is simple and all its tools are ordered by function. I also like it because it reports if server resources are being exceeded, which is very useful to avoid crashes.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

I find it very expensive to be used personally. I believe that only companies can bear your monthly costs.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

I highly recommend it to companies that offer storage services and to companies that require its installation on a large number of servers.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel is the control panel used by the hosting service that we have contracted in the company and it greatly facilitates the management of files, email and backup copies. The most important thing is that the hosting service assumes the cost of its implementation and use, so we only pay the hosting service directly.

  ### 42. Great email manager with old UI.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil S. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

It cannot be any more easier for a noob like me. Before using cpanel, I never used any other similar email manager but I think there was no learning curve, I didn't even had to google anything to understand, its pretty straight-forward. The features like adding a new sub-domain is as easy as clicking. SSL certificates can be issued to every domain mostly for free using their services. Installation of WordPress can also be done from here.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

The UI should be developed, its not slow, but its old.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

It's very easy to use and also cost-effective when you consider its quality.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage the domains, sub-domains and email accounts. The work of administrating these is so easy, resetting passwords, creating new email account and suspending access of people who left, comes very handy.
I also use it to check less frequently used emails.

  ### 43. Best hosting experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishi G. | Freelance Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

I have used a few of hosting services and so far I like cPanel the best. It doesn't over complicate things and keep them simple. Things are easy to find and do in cPanel as compared to other platforms like plesk or siteground. It has a lot of features to control your settings off the website and you can get access to most of the root configuration as well. It comes with an installation wizard to set up common applications such as wordpress, joomla, drupal, magento, ruby, etc. The UI is neat and also comes with a dark theme.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

While it is better than other platforms, it still feels like it can be optimized a bit further as long as file manager is concerned. Using the keyboard to navigate the file manager is not that smooth as navigating through the local file manager. The view does not automatically scroll when the highlighted item goes below or above the visible items on the screen. Uploading a file is a two step process. First go to the desired directory and then click on upload which will open a new tab where you can upload all the files. However in modern file manager applications you can just go to the desired directory and then drag and drop files over there directly. Integrating this feature could result in saving a lot of time.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of cPanel, I can easily manage my multiple website hosted online. Adding a new domain and have it up and running barely takes minutes. File manager has a good screen size which allows a more efficient and easy way to navigate the folders. On other platforms the file manager feels a little bit congested.

  ### 44. Manage Server

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hector L. | Security Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2021

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

I like the control and administration options for private or local server, domain access control, manage MySQL database, control and administration of email by webmail, compatible with third-party applications such as Google.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Updates of third-party applications clogs the system, I cannot revert to initial configuration within the server.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

Manage Linux server with updated tools.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like to certify SSL domain within the server, integrated security code and installation for functions of different applications.

  ### 45. cPanel makes managing a website simple and easy to carry out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2020

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

What I like the most about cPanel is that it provides real-time information about the number of website visitors. In addition, it allows me to easily manage emails and gives me the option to create forwarders or autoresponders. On the other hand, it also shows me information about disk usage.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

I have no negative experiences with cPanel. It is software that has no flaws and that has helped me in a great way to manage the emails of my organization.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

cPanel is a widely used software in the industry, so it is constantly updated and has a large community to support it. I recommend it.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel allows me to create, modify, or delete website email addresses, as well as different interfaces for checking email messages. In addition, it allows me to keep track of the visitors that come to my website.

  ### 46. Powerful Web Hosting Manager Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sameer R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2020

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

The cPanel is the best Linux based control panel mainly for shared web hosting. It has a centralized User Interface from which we can conveniently manage all services. It has several tools for making our work a lot easier. We can set up a Python, Ruby, Node.js App or Perl module with their wizard. It has Softaculous App Installer which makes it easier to install several types of Content Management Softwares like WordPress, Drupal and CodeIgnitor.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

It is really easy to use as all the services are available in a single dashboard which in turn make us change important web settings by mistake.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

The web hosting software depends on the hosting provider. So if you want to get the cPanel control panel for your web hosting so choose your hosting provider accordingly.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cPanel is the default software installed on our web hosting, so with this, we manage all our domains, their domain name servers, their subdomains, their web files, all databases, their redirection, their metrics, security, and SSL/TLS certificates.

  ### 47. A standard in webhosting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richie S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2020

**What do you like best about cPanel?**

Support is fantastic. Most of the problems I have encountered have already been covered by someone else in the forums. If not cPanel support has always been very prompt about helping me directly on the server with the issue.

**What do you dislike about cPanel?**

Pricing is based on the number of hosting accounts on the server. I would rather pay a per-server license and extra for support as needed.

**Recommendations to others considering cPanel:**

WHM is the most widely used hosting management platform. As a result, it is one of the best documented and has a great supporting ecosystem.

**What problems is cPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Countless configuration and administration tasks are taken care of by WHM.
