From the performance managers that are one on one, that know what is out there in our fields to share with us. They truly are collaborating more and more to make it easy for us. **What do you dislike about Cox Automotive Digital Retailing?** Nothing, as we have been with them for many years, and grown YOY. **What problems is Cox Automotive Digital Retailing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Takes the pressure off of me trying to know it all. Digital retailing is one of them. They have many experts in many fields that can answer almost every question you might have. **What do you dislike about Cox Automotive Digital Retailing?** Unfortunately, since they are so large and have so many clients in your DMA, there is almost a conflict of interest. Each campaign is similar and does not give you the competitive edge. **What problems is Cox Automotive Digital Retailing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cox, under the umbrella of Dealer.com helps automotive dealerships with all their digital retailing needs on your website. It allows customers the information and transparency to build their own vehicle with pricing. ### 4. They have everything they need to make their jobs more efficient. **What do you dislike about Cox Automotive Digital Retailing?** That you can mark a lead lost. I don't think we ever lose a lead, just save them for a later date. Also being able to close out tasks manually should not be allowed. I would like a task to be completed directly through the site to be the only way to complete it. **What problems is Cox Automotive Digital Retailing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps our sales team keep track of all clients. Having all our leads all in one space with multiple ways of contact ( call, text, email). Setting reminders to make contact or follow up is very helpful. ### 5.
