I'm on the marketing side and admin the account, and the setup works really well: our salespeople scan business cards on the spot and the scanner is the fastest and most accurate we've tried, pulling everything into a contact in seconds without typos to fix afterwards. What makes it valuable for me though is the notes. The team logs a couple of lines after each meaningful conversation, and through the new portal, which is very easy to use, I can check the info and notes each salesperson has added on a lead. The HubSpot integration has really helped us map leads better and monitor the relevant funnel. **What do you dislike about Covve?** Honestly not much. The HubSpot integration already covers our main need, but I'd love to see even more integrations over time. No real design customizations nor is there a way to add your website to the business card.
