Sales reps (mainly who use it here) can work easily from their cell phone and move from the lot to their desk. **What do you dislike about Covideo?** A recent change caused a bit of a problem with the app and as a result we lost some traction. **What problems is Covideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoVideo allows our sales reps (and other departments) to utilize video. We have mostly replaced YouTube for that process. We still use YT, of course. CoVideo just makes the sales interaction (response videos, appointment confirmations, walk-arounds, etc.) much, much easier and user-friendly. ### 11.
