The list of breeds needs to be longer. Preventing an owner from making a second account would be nice. Integration with Ezyvet would be awesome. **What problems is Covetrus vRxPro® solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched from Vetsource to Covetrus vRxPro in order to take part in the Vetsuite program. We are on there at least daily to keep up with clients, and when we do have an issue or question, customer support is very helpful at solving our issue. It was also easy to switch from the old Covetrus pharmacy to this updated version with minimal disruption to our clients. **What do you dislike about Covetrus vRxPro®?** So far we haven't had too many downsides. Multiple days just to ship and then another multiple days to get to the client. - Website is very frustrating. Things don't save and you will run across multiple errors daily. This makes everything take so much extra time. - Issues with patient information syncing, even though we are using Avimark (Covetrus's software). This causes patient weights to be inaccurate when clients order and they get denied by the pharmacy causing us a headache. - When you have issues and call support you will get passed around to multiple different people who you have to repeat your issues to over and over and still they will say they don't know how to fix it. We don't have time for this. - It's so difficult to make any changes. If you want to add/remove products or change pricing we should just be able to do it and not have to call and wait for Covetrus to do it. - When patients are marked as deceased in Avimark (again, Covetrus's own software) it should sync with the pharmacy and automatically cancel all of their autoships. Our clients should not get emails that their autoships for their deceased loved one are about to renew - ridiculous and makes us look incompetent. - When things don't work the way they should clients get angry with us since it's *our pharmacy* even though all of these issues are Covetrus. **What problems is Covetrus vRxPro® solving and how is that benefiting you?** None **Official Response from Beth Gruber:** > Hi - Your practice and your feedback are at the heart of everything we do. Shipping prices are also not competitive. So clients often decline to use it. When this is brought up to reps the answer is always well the clinic can decrease our profit. Clients complain that if they sign up to get monthly prevention they are charged shipping when Chewy and Pet Meds have free shipping on monthly autoship. It is easy to add prescriptions for medications and preventatives that we do not stock in-house, reducing the inventory we have to keep on hand. Also, when the client purchases from the online pharmacy, it links back to the patient file. **What do you dislike about Covetrus vRxPro®?** Extra clicking and steps for staff.
