Includes features such as automated reminders, two-way multi-media messaging, and online scheduling. Set up automated reminders via direct mail, email, text, and telephone, depending on your client’s preferences. Enhanced client communications can help reduce no-shows, improve client relations, and generate time and efficiency savings. The product is fully integrated with Avimark®, Impromed®, Pulse™, Robovet (UK) and VisionVPM (ANZ). I've been able to take on so many other tasks through the day! **What do you dislike about Rapport?** Nothing! I've not found that there is anything that I would change. **What problems is Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance with clients booking appointments has upped since implementing Rapport! We used to not have clients phone to book follow-ups, but with the automatic reminders, they do now. ### 3.
