## About Rapport
Rapport® is the only client communications tool developed and supported by Covetrus®, with full software integration for unified practice and pet owner experiences. Includes features such as automated reminders, two-way multi-media messaging, and online scheduling. Set up automated reminders via direct mail, email, text, and telephone, depending on your client’s preferences. Enhanced client communications can help reduce no-shows, improve client relations, and generate time and efficiency savings. The product is fully integrated with Avimark®, Impromed®, Pulse™, Robovet (UK) and VisionVPM (ANZ). The product is also available to non-CVET integrations with some functionality limitations.

**What do you like best about Rapport?**

The amount of workload that Rapport has taken off the receptionists' plate is so helpful! I've been able to take on so many other tasks through the day!

**What do you dislike about Rapport?**

Nothing! I've not found that there is anything that I would change.

**What problems is Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance with clients booking appointments has upped since implementing Rapport! We used to not have clients phone to book follow-ups, but with the automatic reminders, they do now.

**What do you like best about Rapport?**

The communications features such as text messaging, automated reminders, and appointment booking confirmations have substantially helped our overwhelmed staff decrease call-volume!

**What do you dislike about Rapport?**

The setup did take a while longer than I had expected once deciding to sign up with Rapport.

**Recommendations to others considering Rapport:**

Plan ahead, the setup process can take a couple of months due to limited appointment time availability.

**What problems is Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapport has helped take a lot of clerical time away from basic marketing functions as well as administrative functions.
