I like the ease of use via the browser or app. I don't use them much due to most of the benefits and bonuses being outside of my primary city, but they are there when I need health related services - so my frequency of use isn't much with Coverflex. The number of features is nice, but I barely use them as they're outside of my city, such as minor benefits, discounts, and other bits & bobs. The customer support was also lacking in being fully "supportive", but was able to get things moving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Could have customization fields on benefit categories where each company adds relevant info according to internal policies. For e.g. we have a rule of amount of smartphones you can buy per year (on technology category). People will need to open our internal policy to make sure they are compliant.

It reduces the menial workload of the HR personnel while it also helps the employees to choose and cherry-pick benefits that are relevant to them and their families. The benefits can be customised and altered according to the level of the employees but the benefit level or fine grain access is missing from the software.
