I like the ease of use via the browser or app. I don't use them much due to most of the benefits and bonuses being outside of my primary city, but they are there when I need health related services - so my frequency of use isn't much with Coverflex. The ease of integration was pretty straight foward too and so was the ease of implementation of my documents and onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Coverflex? The number of features is nice, but I barely use them as they're outside of my city, such as minor benefits, discounts, and other bits & bobs.
