"Very likely because it has made capturing coverage and sending it to clients very simple."
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

I like the customization options and the organizational features, especially having the ability to add in coverage by section and title each section. I also like having the ability to merge books. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

With the current version of Coveragebook, it is a bit confusing between editing the "title" of a book and editing the text on the "front cover" of the book. It also is confusing when I try to add a client logo to the front cover of the book. There are two places to add a logo and sometimes it doesn't show up where I would like it to. "Great for helping clients visualise success"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

Often when presenting success to clients, it's easy to get bogged down in numbers and figures, and you'll quickly see their attention starting to drift away.

With CoverageBook, our media placement successes are clearly and attractively presented, helping clients to better understand the work we've been doing. CoverageBook also collects and displays all the relevant metrics for us, so there's no need for us to dig around searching for how many people read Cosmopolitan, for example. It's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook currently doesn't have any sort of metric similar to AVE, which some clients ask for. Also, until recently, CoverageBook didn't have any sorting options, this feature took too long coming!

Aside from that, the CoverageBook experience is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We Love Coveragebook"
5/5
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It is very easy to use. Most of our coverage is online, and adding those clips is cut-and-paste. Everything else is very easy, similar to adding an attachment to an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Sometimes you have to adjust the page view of a webpage if it has a popup or a large header, but the inconvenience is nothing compared to the alternatives. I'd like to see additional metrics pulled automatically - especially from social and video but I understand how difficult that can be. It's hard getting them when you have access to reporting software and the original links! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Any Publicist's Life Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook is so simple but also displays our press coverage in a way that is very appealing to our clients. It makes it so simple for them to access all the PR coverage for the entire year. We've had clients use it to present in investor or retail buyer meetings. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's user-friendly and the sorting functionality is great. I didn't love the screen grabs being broken sometimes, but they just fixed it with a new screenshotting tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes the process of making cuttings books so much easier"
4/5
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It's well-presented and easy to use. My clients love receiving their reports and find the format works well for presenting to their internal stakeholders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

I am a freelancer, working alone, and I find it very expensive. I think it would be worth looking at a freelancer rate below the bronze package. I use and value the product but I don't use it anywhere near as much as even a small agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An excellent product with an intuitive interface and great support"

What do you like best about CoverageBook?

I've been using CoverageBook since June 2020 and absolutely love it. It saves days of work creating post-campaign analyses and produces high-quality, metric-driven reports to share with clients. CoverageBook is very easy and intuitive to use - just copy and paste coverage links into it, then it works its magic and generates great-looking reports containing the latest social evidence and metrics. I have also been impressed by the product support provided when I've had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

I haven't experienced any element of the product that I'm dissatisfied with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ultimate coverage tool for agencies (and more)"
5/5
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook is a difference-maker in so many ways. It saves a tremendous amount of time in collecting and presenting media coverage in a practical, data-provided, and pleasing way. It takes so relatively little to create a super beautiful media book that customers love, having also the opportunity to update the collection over time and have a snapshot of their media impact all the time.

Like every tool, it takes an effective team to exploit it to the full extent. But when you do it, it's all worth the effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Actually, I see little downsides. The tool has been updated over time, a whole new version has been released within the last year which has further improved the UX while addressing limits and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
