I find the reports that I can share with clients to be the most useful. Having a third party validate the value of coverage received is tremendous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some outlet metrics are outdated or missing, which creates a need for me to research reach and view numbers from other sources and import them into my reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For our associates, it is the ease of learning and use, and the UX and UI are stunningly friendly. Clients love the presentation of PDF and online reports. Great for boutique firms like ours that want the best of cutting-edge coverage measurement and reporting, without prohibitive learning curve or runaway costs. The social measurements are automatically retrieved for non-paywalled online, while offline media (e.g. print, radio and TV) we can edit manually and edit the data, which worked out great for a multi-media world. Frankly, haven't found much dislikes. If there is a tiny suggestion, is perhaps more capabilities in the filing and sorting of past client reports, with hierarchical possibilities (e.g. clients, dates, projects, campaigns, etc), so that it would be neater on the left-side panel of Client Report lists. Maybe along the same suggestion, the size of thumbnails may be user-adjusted as well, to allow us to show less information clutter in the viewing of reports on the screen. CoverageBook makes it easy to distribute beautiful and informative press reports to all of our stakeholders both internally and externally. We've recieved such positive feedback from our team about how great they look, how it helps inform future marketing decisions, and how well they communicate the overall success of our campaigns. We create new press reports for each campaign as well as for quarterly and yearly round ups. It was easy to implement as we work in a fairly small department and there were no hurdles in getting it approved. It's an immensely valuable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if it had the capability to help me make decisions about pitching within the field we work in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coveragebook has made it very simple to compile and track analytics for campaign-related coverage, and to share with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Manually entering all of the coverage is a bit cumbersome as we need two programs to use effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is difficult to choose what we like the most as a team. I think the customer service is very good, always willing to help us. On the other hand, the ease of creating reports with Coverage Book helps us optimize time and deliver a document of great value to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps there are some things that could be improved, like the synchronization of some media, the possibility of customizing certain things, but honestly, these are details, the tool is intuitive, easy to use, it's the best I've seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CoverageBook is so easy to use! I love the output and the professional look of the reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The metrics are difficult to track in terms of social engagement so I often leave those out of my reports. I don't think that the reporting on those metrics as as robust, and it could be due to the APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CoverageBook is extremely to use and customize for individual brands so it can be used amongst multiple clients as an agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although there is the opportunity to add slides, which has become much more robust over the past few iterations, I would enjoy the opportunity to provide a narrative or comments on individual media pieces.
Also, the ability to sort or tag media clippings in the Chrome plug-in would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First off, CoverageBook's ease of use, ease of implementation, and ease of integration throughout our agency was as smooth as it could have possibly been. We now use this tool daily to augment our reporting from Muck Rack, and for executive-level presentations, there is no better tool than CoverageBook. It organizes and segments our earned coverage in ways that are easily digestible for C-suiters and board members and wraps it all nicely visually. Purchasing CoverageBook was the easiest investment I have made on the agency side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No dislikes. I'd love to see them continue to expand to incorporate more reporting for additional earned media like social, broadcast, podcasts, etc, but I suspect they will over time. My dream scenario is CoverageBook becoming the one-and-only reporting tool you need for all PR activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using CoverageBook for several years. I had very little experience with pulling data for PR campaigns when I began using the software. With CoverageBook, it's a breeze. Implementation - very quick and painless. The software automatically delivers important data specific to each client's needs and provides high-quality, informative reports. Would definitely recommend it!
It's customizable, fast, and easy to organize to your needs.
Also, easy to find CoverageBooks you've previously created.
Customer Support is fantastic and quick to respond. Certainly, a pleasure to work with them if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very hard to say - if I have to state something - it would be sporadic issues with the clipping tool. This may or may not be due to CoverageBook. It may be caused by the site I'm pulling information from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
