Covenant Desk platform is the AI lending system for banks and for lenders with 50 or more staff across Asia. It covers a core banking engine for lending, SME, personal and mortgage lending workflow from application to monitoring, OCR and AI document extraction, eKYC with iAM Smart and CorpID, PEP, sanctions and adverse-media screening, a rules engine and scorecards, credit memo and facility letter preparation, credit officer approval with approval matrices and four-eyes control, servicing, repayment and reconciliation, collections, portfolio reporting, document templates and e-signature, a borrower app, multi-company access controls, audit records and an AI banking agent for staff. It is custom software integrated with the bank's own core banking, bureau and payment systems, delivered on a cloud platform with regular updates. AI prepares the decision; the bank's credit officers approve it. The institution remains responsible for its credit decisions and regulatory obligations.
