Since the ability to monitor backups with N-Able N-Central which allows us to use automation to fix issues, our labour backup time has been reduced by nearly 75%! The product is easy to deploy, easy to manage and and has been great in a disaster recovery environment. Support has been great when we have needed it and has been fast. The only minor things which could be looked at are:

Automation within the cove product itself, so if a backup fails, it restarts services and re-runs backup etc etc

Cove is a simple to use and administer cloud backup solution, which offers us and our clients safe and secure backups of the most critical data in our businesses. With particular reference to Microsoft 365 data (which many do not backup), we are extremely pleased with Cove as a powerful, cost-effective solution to provide restful sleep to the owners of Microsoft 365 data, that is being backed up as part of the Cove solution.
