Cove is the operating system built for commercial real estate, unifying building operations, tenant experience, and visitor management across 1B+ square feet for teams at Blackstone, Nuveen, Rudin, Beacon, RXR, Perform Properties, Longfellow, BioMed Realty, and AREP. Property teams run work orders, preventive maintenance, and inspections in the same system where tenants submit requests, book amenities, and get building updates, and where visitors are pre-registered before they reach the lobby. CoveAI sits on top, summarizing work, answering tenant questions, and flagging issues before they escalate. Teams bring us in to consolidate three or four disconnected systems, then stay because we partner in their success long after day one.
