What do you like best about Cova POS?

One of the best things about using Cova is the real-time fast integration. I can make a price change or create a Sale Deal in the back office and it instantly changes on the POS for my staff on the dispensary floor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cova POS?

I have not had any problems using my Cova overall for almost 2 years now. I can only suggest 2 updates; one is that I would like to reorder the items on the POS screen to positions/orders that sell the most and second, I would like to be able to edit the promotions. What do you like best about Cova POS?

Cova has really good inventory management and ease of use for making items in your catalog. In POS cirmumstances it works just as well, allowing individual staff to log into there own seperate logins. It works well with purchase logging and viewing the transactions/adjustments in the back end. The POS is also awesome if the internet is a bit spotty, it can always run in a offline setting. Looking at business reports and statistics are also impressive in the new hub, dialing in what customers buy to the Tee! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cova POS?

Having two different sides of cova is very annoying, hopefully a update will intergerate old cova and new cova into one platform would be much more helpful. Having to go to different areas in the backend to create a new manufacturer or even to add a product to a new tax bracket requires you to open a entirely new area.
