"Elevating Corporate Training with Coursera for Business"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

What I like best about Coursera for Business is its combination of high-quality, expert-led content with flexible, scalable learning options tailored for organizations. It enables employees to learn at their own pace while providing companies with powerful analytics and customization tools to align training with business goals. This blend of accessibility, depth, and management insight makes it an excellent platform for continuous workforce development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

One downside of Coursera for Business is that some advanced or niche topics may require additional hands-on practice beyond the online courses to fully master skills, which can limit immediate applicability for certain roles. Also, while the platform offers customization, larger organizations might find integration with complex existing systems occasionally challenging without dedicated IT support. Lastly, the subscription cost might be a barrier for smaller companies with limited training budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

We appreciate your feedback on the areas for improvement. We understand the importance of hands-on practice for certain topics and the need for seamless integration with existing systems. We're constantly working to enhance our platform and address these challenges to better support our customers.

"Hassle free training"
4/5
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

it is a hassle free training partner which enables onboarding many processes with a click of a mouse. It can be easily integrated with platforms like linkedin to showcase ones' achievements. As most courses are self-paced, it helps to align to personal learning schedule and interests. Customer support is supportive. I would also like to add the presence of community for each (most of) course which help in connections and also serves as discussion forums. Great work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

it is best conveyed as 'limitation' rather than 'downside'

The courses developed are generic and cant be special fit for a USP.

However, it does a great job in training and empowering workforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

We're thrilled to hear that you find Coursera for Business to be a hassle-free training partner and that it aligns well with your personal learning schedule and interests. What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

it is a learning platform especially for me. i find it quite interesting and very useful since i just started my own business, the Cafe Cheff Hubba. I learn marketing startegy, financial management, strategic human resource and i do look forward to new lessons so i can continue learning and enhance my knowledge easily at anytime, normally at night after i close my business for the day.

it is so flexible especially for seasoned learners, very comprehensive too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Learning agility at its best"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Coursera for Business?

Coursera’s skills catalog is vast, constantly updated, and consistently responsive to our evolving needs. As Admins, the ease of creating Learning Paths has been a game-changer, providing HR with an agile and powerful tool to design high-value, tailored development journeys for our people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursera for Business?

Sometimes, final assessments, especially those requiring peer review, can slow down course completion. It might be worth considering the introduction of Skill or Course Champions, empowered to validate assessment quality independently from community feedback. This would help ensure fair evaluation, avoiding situations where feedback is exchanged with the sole intent of receiving a positive review in return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shilpa Shetty C of Coursera for Business

We're thrilled to hear that Coursera for Business has been such a valuable tool for your organization's learning and development initiatives. We appreciate your feedback on the final assessments and will definitely take it into consideration for future improvements.
