As a consultant, it doesn't make sense for me to purchase the enterprise version, but with the individual version, I can't download content as a SCORM file. The features offered in each tier would be enough. Credits just adds a price gouge that isn't ideal. The inability to store your brand information unless you are an enterprise client. It does take time to edit the content, and the editing of existing spaces is a little frustrating. Other trools like Rise360 offer better formatting. **What problems is CreateUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a need to develop eLearning content much faster and this is solving a speed issue. Courseau also permits control of what source material is used. Ensuring only quality and trustworthy source material is used to create content is an imperative in my line of work. I used Courseau as a "proof of concept" tool that generative AI for the purposes of collegiate level training using controlled sources exists, saves time, and can leveraged to improve the business model. **What do you dislike about CreateUpon?** I don't really have any "downside" observations of Courseau. Metrics of student performance is very important to us along with the ability to show how effective the training has been. Transparency is very key for me and the data to prove what we are trying to do is actually being accomplished is critical. **What problems is CreateUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, this product was used as a proof of concept. Creating collegiate level training to include the instructional systems design industry standards with generative AI is a complex issue. The biggest issue was a system which allows for the use of selective materials which are trustworthy and uncompromised. A system which searches all available sources, regardless of source, was something of a dealbreaker. Compromised training materials would be a nightmare. The training content created needed to be derived from trusted sources as identified by the user of Courseau. Test question creation in an industry norm format, distance learning (online) and classroom presentation (lecture), and performance metrics were non-negotiable. ### 8.
