The product is still young, and we faced some bugs along the way. Some of those bugs were affecting the core functionalities of Courier, or sometimes we felt we were the first ones to use a specific feature. Still, every time, the team was very responsive, and the bugs were fixed promptly, and we never saw them again. Another feature that I like is the template builder, making it very easy and intuitive to build amazing email templates.
