Coupler is job management software built for UK scaffolding contractors. It brings enquiries, jobs, quotes, invoices, crew and vehicle scheduling, safety paperwork and reporting into one platform, so nothing is missed and nothing is lost. Jobs break into phases (erect, dismantle, adaption, inspection), each with its own dates, price and payment status. Quotes are built from your own price list with VAT or domestic reverse charge, sent as branded PDFs and turned into invoices in one click. Scaffolders get a phone-first view of their own schedule, raise handover certificates on site with the client signing on screen, and log their own timesheets. The office sees every active site on a map, tracks MOT and tax dates on the fleet, and gets warned before tickets, qualifications or documents expire. Reporting shows revenue, money owed, and scaffolds standing past their hire period. Pricing is per person with every feature included: GBP 15/month for scaffolders and supervisors, GBP 50/month for office users and directors, plus VAT. No setup fee, no long-term contract, and a 14-day free trial. Setup takes a day, with existing jobs imported and a one-to-one walkthrough.
