What do you like best about Coupler.io?

As a heavy user of Google Sheets, we quickly encountered congestions in our sheets as a result of using importrange. Coupler.io was the first alternative I located and we have stuck with it ever since. We use this tool on a daily basis with more use-cases occuring every month. We have never experienced a crash with the tool. Additionally, I enjoy receiving notifications regarding ongoing improvements made by developers. I enjoy even more that these improvements are functionalities that have been beneficial to my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

Coincidentally the one function I needed that Coupler.io lacked was recently updated. That function is the ability to only export/import certain columns. Example: Spreadsheet 1 contains a dataset for users to review. Spreadsheet 2 contains data imported from another source. I need to export Column B from Spreadsheet 2 into Spreadsheet 1. In the past, this would overwrite all of the other data. Now, it will import directly into the range that you select without overwriting the data. Therefore, I cannot attest to anything about the tool that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coupler.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Coupler.io?

Coupler.io is very easy to set up and use. We use it in connection with Xero Accounting and can get data from all our companies with one click. It saves us a lot of time and cut out a lot of manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

With a lot of importers set up, it sometimes gets a bit hard to have an overview, but that is just a very minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coupler.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting data from Xero is very easy - no more need to log into each company separately and download data. Getting data into Big Query from different data sources fast saves us a lot of time. Excellent customer service to help with set up. Provided solutions that allowed access to data other providers could not fulfil.

Cost-effective and scalable, able to extract data allowing for greater customisation.

It allows me to schedule data importing so that I can prepare a live dashboard with formulas/chart etc and keep data updating on the separate tab with Coupler.io. I can share the file or Data Studio/Power BI link with stakeholders and they don't need to access each of the CRM/accounting systems etc to get insights on what is going on in the business. What do you like best about Coupler.io?

We use Coupler.io to 'connect' QuickBooks Online with Google Sheets and it works spectacularly. My favorite thing about the software is that it does what it's supposed to do, it does it well, and it's SO EASY TO USE! What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

There are some specific reports from QuickBooks that I would like to pull, but currently cannot, but that's really nitpicking a bit because out-of-the-box Coupler integrates with the most important reports I need for my job (i.e. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Transaction Detail, etc.). I tested a few options for integrating QuickBooks Online & Google Sheets. Coupler.io was the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coupler.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without a QuickBooks Online/GSheet Integration we would use QuickBooks' "export to GSheets" option, which is a useful option but it does require us to go into the Quickbook file and manually export every time we want to refresh our spreadsheets. With coupler we can eliminate this extra step, saving us time and increasing efficiency by letting us connect the two software directly and even schedule automatic updates as well.
