What do you like best about Coupa?

Coupa is an extremely robust platform that will help mature and take your business to the next level. Thier P2P system is very user friendly and customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupa?

The SIM has been very challenging to implement and we had some tough few months. Hardest part is to get the suppliers on board. It has smoothed out now. Also, since not all of our company has licenses, we cannot include them in Sourcing events so we have to send them responses and messages manually outside of the system. One thing I dislike about Coupa is How long it takes to change certain things that are definitely a pain point and have been addressed in Community. Also, the pointless enhancements that make no change and are not synchronized across the platform. "Coupa keeps our reimbursements in one place"

What do you like best about Coupa?

Coupa allows us to submit our receipts for off-sites or company events to be reimbursed for. It is easy to use, with drag and drop uploading and you can easily see the progress of your request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coupa?

In my opinion COUPA is very straight forward to use. It is also extremely customizable. The way our company has it setup is perfect because our offices outside of corporate often have questions on how to utilize certain features. Our employees are able to go to certain pages and get step by step directions on how to operate certain funcations. Coupa support is also very nice to work with.
