CountFile is cloud accounting software for small and midsize businesses in Colombia, built by Transmure, Inc. Instead of data entry, the owner or the accountant records sales and purchases, and CountFile delivers accrual-based accounting already done: journal entries, VAT (IVA), withholding taxes (retención en la fuente, ReteICA), payroll, employee benefits and bank reconciliation, ready for the accountant to review and approve. It includes DIAN electronic invoicing and electronic payroll, support documents, inventory and fixed assets, and an AI assistant that answers questions about the business. Accountants and accounting firms manage all their client companies from a single portal. Pricing is based on monthly ledger transactions, not per user or per module, and data can be migrated from other accounting programs with an Excel template.
