CounterQuotes is countertop estimating and scheduling software that integrates drawing, pricing, CRM, and scheduling into one system. The pricing engine calculates costs for materials, fabrication, edges, sink cutouts, and seams as designs are created or modified. A slab layout tool optimizes yield with true-scale visualization and vein-matching for stone photography. The system includes a color catalog with over 1,000 options or supports custom price book imports. QuickBooks integration posts won estimates directly to Desktop or Online versions. Scheduling auto-populates fabrication and installation calendars with crew visibility via Google or Outlook sync. A customer portal allows clients to track progress, approve quotes, and confirm appointments online. Additional features include DXF imports, photo-to-drawing conversion, quote tracking, revision history, hosted links, and a lead capture tool for website integration.
