The more familiar I become with the software, the more I’m liking it. **What do you dislike about Countable?** I have found the processing time btn clicks to be a bit slow, but this may be an isolated issue to me. I’m unsure. I’m still also getting used to the work papers feature - I’m so used to excel/google sheets that I want to have that same working paper functionality inherent in the work papers section. And perhaps it does, but I need to spend more time in Countable to figure that part out. Lastly, the T2 completion checklist formatting is hard to follow. It would be nice to be able to filter, highlight Qs for follow up, etc. so I can track the status of completion. **What problems is Countable solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s helping me get proper processes in place to become efficient with my year ends and to speed up my tax prep so I can get back some time and scale better. ### 2. Once the template for the IGRF is set up, it becomes easier to produce the tax return. This allows us to save time. **What do you dislike about Countable?** Countable is not available in French. **What problems is Countable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration with Quickbooks Online is done quickly, without the need to import data or perform complex manipulations. The IGRF is exported directly into the tax return, making the process quick and efficient. It is therefore no longer necessary to manually enter information into the tax return, saving valuable time. ### 3.
