"Great product for doing in-depth data exploration and analyses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Count?

Ability to easily explore multiple dimensions when doing an analysis. I like how I can look at my analyses (visualisations and tables) like almost a mind map and then being able to convert them into a quick report if I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

The user onboarding is a bit tricky if onboarding all by yourself but we had the team at Count onboard us so that was very helpful and they are also quick to provide helpful tips Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful visualisation tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Count?

It's great for telling a story with analysis, and singular reports can be made in ways to be flexible enough to service many different queries.

The visual aspects are more appealing to GTM teams that want to be able to tell a story to their customers, and easily show off previously difficult to explain data points.

The customer support channel in slack has been extremely responsive on questions from us as a team, making the migration to Count a far smoother process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

There is a steep learning curve that can intimidate non-technical users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really nifty tool that sets you free from filing "Data Requests""
5/5
What do you like best about Count?

Love how it empowers people like me to dig into the data directly, without having to rely on a BI team. It's pretty user friendly to start with once it's been fully set up. I have my favorite queries stored and it helps speeds things up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

I am sure I am under utilising it and I wish little training videos were available right from within the app. I'd love to create more self-serve reports that viewers can answer a few questions and see the results for, but I haven't figured that part out yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy to work with Count, its super powerful and gives a lot of flexibility when it comes to analyzing and visualizing data. I really like how easy it is to collaborate with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

Sometimes charting can be a bit tricky, some types of charts could be a bit easier to create. It works great for most of our needs, but there are moments where I hit limits with visuals like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Count - A Creative Playground for Data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Count?

Count’s Canvas Interface is a game changer. It gives you the freedom to explore data, visualize insights, and craft compelling stories—all in one space. It’s intuitive, creative, and perfect for building narratives that actually make sense. Add in real-time collaboration, and it becomes a powerhouse for team-driven analysis.

Best of all, it brings SQL, visualizations, and storytelling together seamlessly. Debugging and fixing issues is fast and painless since everything lives in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

Performance takes a hit when handling heavy queries, complex joins, and large CSVs—things slow down. Also, ChromeBook support is minimal, which limits accessibility for some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A convenient way to analyse and report on data"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Count?

It brings together data analysis and reporting into the same tool - whereas previously you'd typically need to multiple pieces of software. Relatively simple and easy-to-use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Count?

Can be a bit clunky in terms of how to get stuff done - not set up for people who rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts to do things quickly. Code execution can also be very slow, which can render it unusable (though this might be because my company isn't dedicating a big enough server to it). Having it open can make your browser react very slowly, even when using other tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
