We are using for its comprehensive suite of feature for managing projects.Including job tracking details.Upload seamless photo and documents. Streamlined communication tools and reporting capabilities.Which is allow restoration contractors to manage every aspect of project from start to finish in a single platform. Next Gear Dash give you all the tools you need to process and produce your job. It's easy to use and very user friendly. It has the capability of veiwing your job in one glance. It's been a bit of a stuggle when approving time for many employees and trying to enter everyones time correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Next Gear DASH's compliance tasks synced perfectly with the SLA targets set forth by various referral programs. It ensured that we met all SLA agreements by completing compliance tasks on time. I also always had a great experience any time I had to reach out for support via their chat feature. The response was prompt, personal, and always helpful. DASH also synced with Quickbooks, which is what we use for our accounting software, so it made it easy to export customers and import accounting information into DASH. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cotality DASH? Once we moved out of residential insurance restoration into commercial work, Dash no longer met our needs. It was designed for insurance restoration and worked well in that sector, but it didn't really have the features that we needed in commercial construction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Cotality DASH solving and how is that benefiting you? When we used DASH, they were constantly updating their products and services to match changes we saw in the industry. I find the reports it pulls to be very clear and easy to read. We use these reports to show the work we completed while at jobs as well as give the adjuster/agent a view into what happened both during and after the claim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cotality DASH? I find the moisture reading inputs to be quite difficult unless you are trained correctly in how to add them. As well. if you change a date, it can sometimes cause the other dates to automatically alter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Cotality DASH solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows our technicians to put both their photography from the site and their moisture readings right in one place. This is critical as the project manager's assistant sends these files to the agent so they have eyes on the damages their client has suffered. As well, it allows us to hold file information all in one easy-to-navigate space. This bridges the gap between technicians and office employees who reply on this info.
