CostPro by Zentrava helps procurement and cost-engineering teams develop component should-cost estimates from drawings/CAD and accelerate RFQ turnaround. It helps manufacturing customers assess purchased-component prices using material, process and cycle-time assumptions, giving procurement teams an engineering basis for supplier quotation review and negotiation. Capabilities include customer-specific rates and norms, manufacturing-route comparison, cost-driver breakdowns and Excel outputs. Target customers include automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, industrial machinery companies and engineering manufacturers. An optional CostPro + RFQ-to-PO bundle combines should-cost analysis with the sourcing workflow to accelerate the complete RFQ-to-PO process. ERP integration scope is agreed separately. CostPro is customer-hosted/on-premises under a licence, with a Windows local server and browser interface. Pricing is available on request. The first demonstration is free on one selected component drawing; a detailed 3–5-part pilot is quoted separately, with scope and pricing agreed in advance.
