## About CostLoop
CostLoop is a subscription management and SaaS cost management platform built for freelancers, small businesses, startups, and growing teams that want a clearer way to track recurring software costs. Instead of managing subscriptions, software licenses, invoices, renewal dates, cancellation links, and notes across messy spreadsheets or scattered inboxes, CostLoop brings everything into one simple dashboard. With CostLoop, users can track active subscriptions, monitor monthly and yearly recurring costs, store important documents, add cancellation links, manage license details, and receive renewal reminders before payments happen. This helps businesses avoid forgotten tools, duplicate subscriptions, expired trials, surprise renewals, and unclear software spending. CostLoop also includes a Mail Scanner extension that helps identify subscription-related emails, making it easier to find renewals, invoices, receipts, and software billing information without manually digging through an inbox. For users who need more control, CostLoop offers unlimited SaaS subscription tracking, a renewal calendar, subscription health scores, savings opportunities, CSV import and export, bulk actions, and advanced reminders. For teams, CostLoop adds shared workspace management, team members, subscription request workflows, approval systems, admin notifications, business-level dashboards, REST API access, webhooks, and API access control. This makes it useful for companies that need better SaaS spend visibility, stronger subscription approval workflows, and a more organized process for managing recurring software expenses. CostLoop is designed to be simple enough for individuals, but structured enough for teams that need better visibility into their software stack. It helps users understand what they pay for, when renewals happen, who uses each tool, and where they can reduce subscription costs.

## CostLoop Reviews
  ### 1. Simple, Straight to the Point, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola K. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CostLoop?**

I like how simple and easy it is to use. It goes straight to the point without adding unnecessary features or making things confusing. The layout is clear, so it doesn't take long to figure out how everything works. Because of its simple design, I was able to start using it right away without needing a lot of time to learn it. This makes it efficient, user-friendly, and a great choice for anyone who wants something that is easy to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about CostLoop?**

Here's a more detailed version:

I've been using it for a few weeks now, and so far I haven't found anything that I really dislike. The app has been easy to use, and it does what I need without causing any problems. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to update the design to make it look more modern and visually appealing. I also think adding more AI-powered features could make the experience even better by helping users complete tasks more efficiently and making the app feel smarter and more interactive. Overall, I'm satisfied with it and look forward to seeing how it improves in the future.

**What problems is CostLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping track of my subscriptions. Before using it, I would often forget when subscriptions were about to renew or when I needed to cancel them, which sometimes led to paying for services I wasn't using anymore. The app reminds me before the renewal date, giving me enough time to decide whether I want to keep or cancel a subscription. This helps me stay organized, avoid unnecessary charges, and save money by making it much easier to manage all of my subscriptions in one place.

  ### 2. CostLoop Makes Subscription Tracking and SaaS Budgeting Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marko M. | Senior Project Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CostLoop?**

CostLoop is an excellent tool for tracking subscriptions and managing SaaS expenses. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to keep all of my subscriptions organized in one place. I especially appreciate the renewal reminders, which help me avoid unexpected charges and make budgeting much easier.

Setup is quick, and the dashboard offers a clear overview of both monthly and annual spending. Whether you’re a freelancer, a startup, or a small business, CostLoop is a strong solution for staying on top of software costs and spotting opportunities to save money. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about CostLoop?**

Dependence on Manual Input & Imports: To track costs, you have to manually enter recurring charges or upload a bank CSV export for auto-scanning. If someone forgets to upload or record a tool, it gets missed.

**What problems is CostLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks renewal dates and sends automated email alerts well ahead of time. This gives you a clear window to decide whether to keep, negotiate, or cancel a service.

  ### 3. Simple, Well-Laid-Out Dashboard With Effortless Subscription Auto-Import

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena N. | Insurance Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about CostLoop?**

What I like about Costloop is its simplicity and how the management dashboard is laid out. I especially appreciate the extension that automatically pulls all my subscriptions from my emails, so I don’t have to import them manually.

**What do you dislike about CostLoop?**

There’s nothing I can point to at this very moment. Maybe I’ll need to use it for a while to figure out what it might be lacking, but so far it does the job really well.

**What problems is CostLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep an overview of my subscriptions, and I can now get reminders when they’re about to renew so I can decide what I should do next.
